Portal opened in my house

Ok so i log on and find a portal in my house. It deleted a section of my house and also half a chest. Is there anything staff can do to remove and replace the blocks and chest and stop this happening?

The items that were in the chest were respawned in your inventory, though you'll have to repair the house yourself as I don't know how it looked prior to the portal incident.

My inventory was full when you were on and I didnt see the items. I recieved 50 wood though.

Your inventory was not full as I opened your inventory myself to drag and drop the items in. Perhaps your inventory was full after I had given you said items.
