I would place my Health, Armor and Oxygen bars in the top left corner, tloz style :3
And the quick slot bar in the bottom right corner with the exp bar above it.

And just anouther note to anyone who wants to use it:
it modifies qd.class, which disables any and all other HUD changes.

I thought it was just preset areas. I downloaded it after that comment and instantly made near enough the Skyrim HUD.
