This is madness! I got banned for the wrong reasons?!

Dear Admin,

This is madness. I am new to your server. I join, i make a house of wood, that i chopped by hand, from trees.
And the next thing you do, is ban me because i am grieving? This is redicuilous and must be a mistake.
Please unban me, because you are degrading my reputation for NO reason.
You are the first to ban me, and i been playing on 2 or 3 other servers. I also want an applogy, because this is madness!!
SOOO unfair. Seriously, VERY unfair!!! I DIDNT Grieve?!?!?!??!! Im going to file a big complaing with MCBans if you do not kindly resolve this with me.

Report to who? He's allowed to ban anyone he wants. Most of the time poeple just come crying here, trying to hide the fact that they did, in fact, grief.
