for the servers ip adress for you guys to access it ddo i need to set it to work with my external ip or do i set it using the static ip ui chose for the forwarding or will the server automaticaly work once the port is forwarded

I'm not really sure what you mean, you will connect with your LAN ip or 'localhost', we will connect with your external IP (http://www.whatismyip.com/), without port forwarding you're not gonna get anywhere though.

so i would connect using my internal ip from my house?
ok then can u try connecting to my server with the ip i posted yesterday see if it works i dont know if my uncle forwarded the port or if im supposed to i emailed hhim and no responce so maybe he just didnt say
