I was walking around outside the spawn city, and I noticed I had low health, so I put down a cake so I could get my health back. Next thing I knew, I was banned from the server for "griefing". So, why was I banned?

Sorry it took me so long to reply, the emails were being thrown into my spam folder.
aapl2's trap had a sign saying DO NOT ENTER, so being the curious person that I am, I had to enter (I couldn't open the chest anyways
).
I am sorry that you thought I was griefing... I won't do it again.
And Orc, I did actually think that I got banned because I placed the cake, it was near someone's house, and they were looking at me.

As long as you don't grief to get in the "Do not enter" area, then it's not banworthy. (In general, not referring to the trap)
Second chance given, as it's your first offense, you've took the time to create a home, signed up the forums 30+ days ago etc, rather than 100% grief like some of the other bans I issue.
It'll be your Last Chance though, again and it's permanent.
