Griefed (appearently by aapl2)

I just logged on the server again when i saw my farm house got griefed again.
Then suddenly aapl2 appeared behind me in my own house, said "hi" and killed me, stealing my items.
A lot of strange stuff is going on around my farm eversince this.
Theere also had been some cows falling fromt he sky on my land and when i tried to push them away, more cows spawned.
Anyway i demand my diamond pickaxe back since aapl2 trespassed into my house and i suspect him to be the one who griefed my house in the first place.

I only killed you why dont you have a mod check before posting lies?

i did not post any lies. I did not say you griefed my house, i said i suspect you to be the one who griefed my house.
Anyway you tresspassed into my land and killed me while i was defenceless because of grief.
Therefore i demand my stuff back, especialy the diamond pickaxe.

i remember vespasian as greedy. I do not care too much about my crops but i dislike my house beeing broken to enter it and steal by bed. Ill leave it to you.
What i really care about is my diamond pickaxe.

i still am pretty sure that just walking in a house while someone just logged in in less than 30 seconds ago,not knowing his house got broken and then killing him in a backstabbing action is illigal.

so you should understand my point.
I was just returning from a mining trip and logged off.
If i had known i was griefed and aapl2 would take advantage of this to catch me defenceless, the first thing i would have done was to store my diamond pickaxe.
Another point to considder was that aapl2 said something about this beeing payback for me double teaming him.
I wonder how i could double team him when i was offline?
Whatever the reason is, i think it would be slightly wrong to just close this case now. I worked hard to find that the diamonds for the pickaxe. If i cant have the pickaxe back itself, at least give me the 3 diamonds so i can make a new one.

Although it's a dick move technically all he did was walk up to you and kill you from his perspective.

orc as you stated correctly it was a dick move. This is why im complaining and why i wrote this complaint.
I would feel not understood and unsatisfied if this treat goes to an end without any kind of solution.
I even lost like one entire stack of redstone, and people who know me know how much im in need for redstone due to runecraft. I dont even insist on getting that back. The only thing i really insist on is my diamond pickaxe.

One last point:
I know the map is new and things are kinda hard to handle right now, but if you guys would allow such an action, dont you think the standarts of the server would quite drop?
Where would we end up to then? People would be running around, exploiding every last chance to be an asshole to eachother and then brag about it. This would turn out like so many other bad games with staff that allow such actions.
Assholery will lead to people leave the server.

I think I know the farm Nero is talking about, I saw a farm literally within sight of spawn, ran over to it, killed Nero (or whoever was there).

Since the farm is there I might have accidentally trampled a crop or hit it with a sword. Either way, I didn't know crop damage was considered griefing, but it certainly wasn't intentional either way.

I've been on the server since early January, over 3 months now, and one of the very few people who has been around that long and has never been banned, because I never grief and go out of my way to not damage people's things.

Edit: Also, apparently the guy I killed wasn't Nero, since I never got a diamond pickaxe or redstone from him. The guy I killed had a diamond sword and some other junk, but no pickaxes or redstone. Guess it wasn't the owner of the farm that I killed.

Vespasian, that is why I asked Nero what should be done, rather than assuming and making a decision myself.

Nero, you're complaining about being taken by surprise and killed. It's not aapl's fault if you were afk, you got griefed, or whatever, it's just unfortunate. Griefing is something we fix and do things about because it's against the rules. Killing someone without letting them see you first is not against the rules.

If I was to reimburse your diamond pickaxe, surely others would deem it unfair after they've been killed with their backs turned?

I just logged on, less than one minuite ago. I didnt even have the time to analyze whats going on around me. I had no time to react.
But it seems like we wont get anywhere in this discussion.
Appearently the administration fails to see why im angered.
This disappoints me.

Yeah, asking for an item for no real reason isn't going to get you anywhere I'm afraid.
