And even then only when absolutely necessary. Your base in done now, any expansions can be done by hand.

Re: The citys progress
City looks amazing, reminds me of that Goron city from Ocarina of Time.
Pity about the name, though. Latin is usually such an awesome language, why not choose a Latin name that reflects the nature of the city? Subterraneus for example is the Latin term for underground. Hell of a lot easier to pronounce and spell "eccenotcem".

Maybe its just me but i think we shouldnt ask 14 year olds about city names
some ideas i came up with:
Hades
Naraka
Avernus
Tartarus
Erebus

I thought of Hades too, but Tartarus is also a great mythological reference.
In my experience when something has a name that nobody can spell or pronounce, they just call it something else. Like "notch's ass", which is what I here everyone referring to some city as.

Re: The citys progress
First the People buy a red plot and start building :p so if they need more space they can buy more. (green plots) not the complet plot only the space that they need like 3x3x3 or something.
we don't build only inside the city we have a 175x175 zone and the city is only 90x90 so player can dig a house inside the wall. don't forgot it is a underground city so you can build underground around the city.
