Planes Mod ( SMP Compatible)

This thread explains all, is compatible with servers (check towards the bottom for server installation).

I think it'd be cool as another form of transportation, with an airport outside spawn with people to fly you to any of the other five cities, and airports in their cities. Could be used alongside train and replace cheap teleporters and possible sign teleports.

1. Download & Install Risugami's ModLoader viewtopic.php?t=80246
2. Download & Install SDK's ModLoaderMp (Guns, utils etc optional) viewtopic.php?f=25&t=92206
3. Download & Install GaryCXJk's Turbo Model Thingy viewtopic.php?f=25&t=159473
4. (Optional)Download & Install Risugami's AudioMod viewtopic.php?t=80246
5. Download Planes v9 from adf.ly or mediafire
6. Add the contents of the "jar files" folder to the minecraft.jar
7. Add the contents of the "resource files" to the resources folder
8. Drag planes.txt and plane.properties into the .minecraft folder
9. Delete META-INF folder, if you didn't already
10. Play!

Server

1. Download & Install SDK's ModLoaderMp Server viewtopic.php?f=25&t=92206
(Guns and utils etc now work with SMP)
2. Download Planes Server v9 from adf.ly or mediafire
3. Add the files to minecraft_server.jar
4. Add the planes.txt and plane.properties to the minecraft server folder
5. Start your server (and tell me if you are running a server for the list below)"

Good luck getting anyone to follow those steps ;p.

Ya want planes? There's a much easier way to get em in Orc's server:

1) Get a job.
2) Amass 15 pounds.
3) Donate 15 pounds to Orc.
4) Get compass TP/magic carpet
5) ???
6) PROFIT!!!

If you had actually read the post you would have known that those client-side alterations are also needed for it to work in SMP.

It's the same problem with some kind of gun thingy someone suggested a month or so back; so yeah... If you somehow manage to force every single user to mod their client that way, sure.

I was here for less than a day. As has been send a thousand times before: time spent on server has no influence on promotions.
