Possible Grief

I was strolling around and it appears this house was griefed. I have no idea who owns it.

lol i remember going to that dock whilst exploring, that was about 5 days after the new map came up, whoever got griefed surely doesnt play enough anymore to care

It is a bad idea to go into random homes and attempt to understand who owns it. If I go there and roll him back, how do I know that they hadn't just left or he has built there or something? That's why one must wait for the report, not go around rolling back people and banning.
