I learned today that pw's are back for high donators, and here's my question towards this.

IF high donators can get 10 pw's here's what I'm thinking:
Give regular donators 6-8 pw's
Give members 3-5 pw's
Give guests 1-2 pw's

This would make a difference between members and guests again, and give regular donators another benefit, and maybe even help a guest that would get lost easily, so tell me what you think about this idea of pw's for more people.

there needs to be more reasons to get a promotion from guest to member other than a pretty green tag :/

and i also think everyone needs at least one /pw to go along with home because theres times you have a project or something somewhere secluded and you need supplies, but the only way back to this place is by /sethome and the only way home is /home... that leaves you with quite a predicament (And i say this because this has happened to me... about 4 times... 3 times as a guest and once as a donator ((this was before i learned about coord tp's)))

private warp's basically you'd type /pw set warpnamehere to creat one at the spot ur standing and then type /pw goto warpnamehere to go to that spot

Simple answer? Its convenient. us donators still get an advantage if this were implemented, just it be slightly less so.

No one "needs" PW. Then again, Donators buy the right to use them, as simple as that.

Theres maybe 3 guests IN THE WORLD that know how to construct and activate a teleporter rune (overexageration, but you get my point)

And plus witha /pw you don't have to worry about anyone using the teleporter to go to your home an such

/pw was readded as a pro to donate more than 5 pounds. Really no point in taking one of the only incentives away for donating more.

Guests & Members = No PW.
£5 Donator = 1 PW
£10 Donator = 3 PW's
£15 Donator = 5 PW's

That's what I suggest, cause we aren't a fucking charity.

No. Use them TP Coordinates.

Also disable TP Coordinates for donators. Otherwise /pw's are pretty useless.

Why disabled /tp co-ords? If thats the case there was no point of adding /pw... The reason for PW was an extra thanks for donators, not to replace previous commands

I used that function to get from home to home but NOW I have to walk to my homes and /pw set so I can use it, And I have many homes. W/o the function this will be a pain in the arse. But then again /tp coords sucked since I would sometimes misspell the Y or something and die.

its hard to remember coordinates, its easy to remember pw's, its funny how i try to get more pw's for other people and end up with less for myself and none for other people still... and now im about to lose the /tp x,y,z? i sure hope not

Well Orc said something to 'add' to donator commands, and now we've "gained" 5 pw's and lost the access to tp to an "unlimited" amount of pw's...

It's not hard to remember pw's when you actualy record them. I doubt anyone remembers sets of co-ords of there different properties...

im with grin on this, we dont deserve to lose a command just because we gained a similar one.

and filler, from your logic of its for incentive for others to donate. that's basically saying fuck the current donators, were doing this for FUTURE donators.

by taking away /tp x,y,z current donators are losing benefits. i used cord tp's all the time. if anything you should take away the /tp player commands because that would slow down tp abuse and it wouldn't take away a very useful command. and if you want to tp to another player you would have to get the coords from them.

Let me explain my argument this way.
Why would we add an easy to use plugin which functionality extends the more you donate when you already have a similiar, slighty more difficult to use, plugin that has unlimited uses. Does that not defeat the purpose of adding an incentive to donate more?

Also are we "fucking over" current donators with this? Hell no. You donated. As in given money for a good cause. As in I could take away TP altogether and you wouldn't have a leg to legally stand on. So don't tell me we're fucking you over when you never paid for the ability to TP to a specific coordinate. To quote the donation-page "You're donating to support the server, not to 'purchase' the commands and suchlike below.".

this is exactly, word for word, what i agree with. Thank you. It was orc's Intention to add something. grint has already quoted this and the thread is still there.

He wanted us to get more so there was now a way to get people to donate more. and like you said, many people dont know wtf a /tp x,y,x is, so because theres now a more helpful but limited and wellknown and easy to use system ADDED they will be more willing to donate sooner just so they can do it the easy way till they learn the better way in the future.

EDIT: This also shows how dam lazy many people are. did you notice the rise of donators since pw were added? alot of people donated.

the /tp does not need to be taken away.

Anyway, yeah, I'm adding things, not taking things away. If you're going to help me the least I can do is 'help' you in the form of things like PW. Maybe not everyone will use them but it doesn't hurt to have them running.
