RedWood Cove (Plots Availiable+Post updated, new info!)

RedWood Cove is a small fishing villiage. It will consist of (When completed) 10+ plots, two fishing peirs complete with chests of complimentary fishing rods, an hotel for 10 Gil weekly (for those wishing to stay for a limited amount of time only), a shop and much more! We plan to have the above as the minimum, so everything is subject to change.

Rules:
1. At this current time the town has not been zoned, so respect other peoples property and dont greif it.
2.Keep your doors unlocked, when you place them shoot either me or Psychotron_3000 a message on the forums and we will lock them including ourselves. This is so that if your house has been greifed or you have been banned it is easy to either demolish or inspect the house.
3. Keep the buildngs real; No pyramids, large towers, or silly structures. This is a villiage, if you want to strut your stuff find an appropriate place to do so.
4. No placing of random signs anywhere without express permission from either me or Psych.
5. No vulgar content. i.e Creations of various... Body parts.
6. Use only materials that fit in with the theme. List: Logs, Refined Wood, Glass, Cobblestone (In minimal amounts), fences, and all of the like.

Me and psych have put alot of work into this so if you are interest either me or Psych will usually be on, unless we have other commitments.

Also, we have a Lions Keep embassy in town provided by embair. It includes a two-way tele too and from two towns.

Illegal buildings WILL be torn down.

So progress is going well. The wall is coming along, and we have begun to set out plots. It is a small fishing village, so wood and cobble are the preferred materials for building.

A few plots are up and running: A few 10x10's and a 15x15. the town wall is going ahead well and we will start on a telepot hub soon. Feel free to donate materials or gil to either Miner or I, would be much appreciated and you would get your name in the hall of contributors. Maybe a cheaper/free plot too depending on amounts.

REDWOOD COVE IS IN LOCKDOWN. It has been pvp'd and griefed, so only residents + 16 bit personnel are allowed in at this point in time.We are getting it zoned and it will be no pvp or pve, so it will be PERFECTLY safe and secure. But for now, DO NOT ENTER! You will be attacked on sight if you are not a member. I will let you know when the lockdown is lifted. Sorry about all the fuss, this means that everything will be safe and pretty for when it is zoned!

just fyi, afaik imir is buying the plot for the Laputa/16bit embassy and E.C.B.S. store. lol, sry psych, i forgot to tell ya that imir was in charge of unofficial citys for my company.

The lockdown on Redwood Cove has been lifted!
The teleporter is open again, and the town will soon be zoned! More plots are open for sale: 2 20x20's (for experienced builders or shopkeepers only) and a couple of 10x10's. More to come
Take note that Eskimo Contractors has a limited supply of wood for cheap prices, should you need supplies for a house.
