    my idea is that when people get banned their gil gets distributed like this.
    25% to whoever found/reported the grief
    25% to the victim then
    15% to whoever banned the griefer
    the rest is split among any player who is online and has a set home somewhere on the map

    Ummm.... no.
    They can appeal and then would have no gil, and it would be an unfair advantage in game. Go earn your own gil!
    But really, only 15% to the person who banned them? Ouch... LOL

    Guys, an extremely rich player griefed 1 block of my little tower, so I got him banned from terminal. I found it out, and I w as the only other person online. I want my 6 billion gil NAO!

    What if it was a perma-ban or if it was a Honeypot.
    And if a Staff member banned the griefer, he would get 40% since he reported the ban...
