The roleplaying 'area' is a subsection of this forum, if Filler is a moderator of this forum then surely he is a moderator of any subforum without it having to be declared.

Not to mention that the description of that subforum is "Post your FanFics and original novelizations and short stories here." and that the single other story posted there is also not MC-related. (have also skimmed it through, don't quote me on this)
