Homeya, i know what ur thinking... "REFUND!?!?!" well i havent had time to build, and i dont exactly have the resources either, so id like to get a refund on the plot and possibly re-purchase it later.

We respect your wish and will re-buy the plot you got from us. But before we do, i have a question.... Wouldnt it make more sense to just leave the plot be as it is right now instead of making both you and the city council go trough multible unnessessary financial interaction? I mean you said yourself u would re-purchase the plot later anyway. So why not just leave it like it is?

mostly because the projects im working on are taking alot of my gil, but also the fact that i need the pw i have set there atm as well. in about a week i should start getting a good source of income from My district in Wisemegacity, so ill be able to repurchase it and support my other projects. iv held back on it for a long while, mostly because i didnt want to put you guys through the trouble, but atm i really need the gil.
