Damn skippy! I've yet to find ANY burn medicine that works at healing and soothing as well as Aloe does. Why mess with something that works?
As for the burns, she was making pizza, dropped it out of the oven, and got fresh-from-the-oven pizza sauce burns.

You should try Arnica tablets. I hear they work wonders.

I got a pizza burn a new years eve 3 years back. Although I didn't get burned on the pizza itself, I laid my wrist on the oven door when taking it out. The irony of playing with fireworks all night, blind drunk, without incident, then coming home and burning yourself on the oven..
