Firstly you only posted a picture saying 'Sammeh is gayy' the rest is yet to be confirmed. Even if it is confirmed, that is not anywhere near worthy of a ban.

I'll tell him you find his language inappropriate, but nothing else will happen.

That could be in violation of the racism rules, in that section (the harrasment one since sammeh has a different sexual orientation he is being harrased). We will warn him. Tell us if it continues.

He may have not necessarily been saying it in a negative tone though. He may have been celebrating Sammeh's homosexuality or merely commenting on Sammeh's jovial mood!
