i bet a lot of towns will be having this issue, i think that if you know all the info about the city, and the owner hasn't been on the forums for quite some time, then you should probably do it unless you can talk to them ingame

Look let me put this as simple as I can: if someone doesn't want to bother with keeping up on the community/news/rule changes by regularly checking the forum, then I don't see why that person should represent an "official" part of the server.

Or putting it another way. If someone can't even make the tiniest of commitments by posting 1 single message on a forum, then I have SERIOUS doubts about that persons capability in running a long-term (successfull) city.

Ok marzu. Ciphon told me about this forum post and that you want to talk with me. I'll make a nice introduction thread of the city with pictures and well I'm quite often online here. I can't stay so long anymore ingame because I'm working (apprenticeship). If someone want to tell me anything while I'm not ingame, send me a PM. I look sometimes in the forum by using a mobile phone.
