Banned? (NoCheat glitch?)

Not quite sure why, but I seem to have been banned... All I know is that I logged in, lagged like crazy (is it my crappy DSL or the server? I know that Hetzner has a history of bad connectivity to the US, and my currently-very-bad DSL doesn't help (My ISP has been having problems with high ping rates recently)), and was suddenly banned for "speedhack".

All I can guess at is that my lag tripped the NoCheat flags, as I have been noticing lag problems ever since I started playing on the orcworm.co.uk:1 server. Nope, I wasn't using any client mods, I had even removed Zombe's modpack due to the lag problems I was having (in a failed attempt to fix it).

So, anyone mind checking the logs? I have a sneaking suspicion that I tripped NoCheat flags, as I have noticed that it doesn't treat latency very kindly. Can someone fix this please?

No clue who did it-- as I said, I was in my base, I had just logged in, I was experiencing lag when suddenly I am disconnected with the reason "speedhack", I attempted to log back in and it said I was banned...

Doesn't seem to be a global ban, just a local ban...

Wait, never mind, you asked me something and suddenly I seem to be kicked upon logins with the reason "No Admins or Mods online, come back later!".

EDIT: Seem to have been banned by Yarwood, for reason "speedhack", as a local ban-- huh?

Looks like the lag I was having, as I said, things were super laggy for me... Although I do see how it looks like a hack, but I wasn't using anything (I can ping the server and show you my shitty results if you want, the ping is horrid (seeing bursts of up to 5000 ms, I think my DSL line is damaged or my ISP just isn't good at routing to overseas, as I'm seeing much better pings to USA servers and sites)).

Lag doesn't cause you to run fast and smoothly - It causes you to jolt all from block to block.

You've got bans on record for "Client Hacking" from another server, and you've also been caught using flymod/speedhack on this server before.
