    I am being prevented from accesing the server i was hoping you would be able to help?

    This what it tells me... server returned HTTP response code 503 for URL: http://www.minecraft.net/game/joinserver.jsp?user=killerdonkey1@sessionId=-693401

    Minecraft.net is down, most likely the issue as its a 503 error, i.e. Service unavailable
