Okay I just thought: "Railroad is broken what now?" Then I remembered: "Oh wait! We still got that waypoint in the center of Acheron."
So if you wanna go to Acheron without keep asking us for a teleport, create a teleportation rune.
It should somewhat look like this:
Yeah it uses 4 Fire blocks, to make them just place a Netherrack block underneath every signature block spot and ignite it with Flint and Steel. Place a dirt block (It MUST be a dirt block since it's a tier 0 block) in the middle and right-click it (with hands or a tool). The destination should be established now, right-click again to teleport to Acheron!
