No really since I came back 3 weeks ago, we have only had 2 problems, both were legit complaints.

Zuwrath yes i did bitch you out (as you would call it) and jhubbz out for tp killing constantly when I first joined the server and didnt know all the functions of th eforums yet so i grbbed the mod/admin (this was before they all bacame (STAFF) ) but they just ignored me im sure it was a banned member off staff that actually griefed my house when i needed help.

This.
The reason it isn't so "smooth" is because of the plugins (war, npc's, magic-carpet) etc.
The actual performance of the server is no-where near the limit.

Yea, I see that, only SERVER (Such as the conductor) NPCs should be allowed in spawn and within about 100 blocks of the spawn walls, would reduce lag around the spawn area. Shouldn't it?
