1.8 Update

I'll keep this short.

:25565 - Once Bukkit + main plugins are updated (WorldBorder, WorldGuard, MCBans, LogBlock, CommandBook etc) I will update this server to 1.8 and expand the map by 2000x2000 so you can explore the new chunks and whatnot.

:1 - Once Bukkit + main plugins are updated (WorldGuard, Factions, MCMMO) I will update this server to 1.8 and wipe the current map + MCMMO stats.

Until that occurs both servers will be running 1.7.3 as normal, I don't mind running a temporary map + temporary 1.8 server if there's any demand for one.

1.7.3 vanilla jar: http://www.orcworm.co.uk/file/minecraft.jar

The map will be expanded with villages, strongholds etc enabled.
WorldGuard should prevent the Endermen from stealing random blocks.

Oooh, you can make creative mode online...

Perhaps we should start work on our new spawn in 1.8, and get our helpers involved now?

Edit: Thinking over, we will atleast do a few more things with we, like copying current spawn over a few times in different areas.

And yes orc a temp map would be great i dint wannago back to 1.7.3 because last time i tyred it with 1.6 wand well lets just say I falied

I tried adding it to my server list and I've tried direct connect but it just says

Connection lost

Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Whenever you try to join you create NullPointerException spam in the log... Nice to see Notch did a lot of bugfixing on SMP, derp.

i just hope all chests and valuable blocks stored there are deleted, i tryed something like this when we went to the 1.7 map, i was sold a small plot on the rim of spawn for 100 gil and i put about 100 diamond blocks there Wink

Dude the other Major's can work again.

NFS started making a freaking awesome city, and if they finished it, it'd be nearly if not as popular as Acheron.

Abydos, if i had the time and my work wouldn't go to waste, it would be once more, near if not as popular as Acheron.

In the 1.8 and 1.8.1 version, shift clicking items out of a dispenser in a server will cause the server to crash with a large strem of code

Try to avoid doing that in future, whoever it was... thanks ;p.
