Just by being a help to the community, giving to the community (not in ££'s necessarily), and gaining Orc + staff's trust.

Don't be one of those prick donators, who hate on guests. Be the one to answer their newby questions and be patient with them etc. Best way to get it, or help support the server in other manners...
