There is nothing wrong with killing people. In survival you can be killed as long as the person did not grief to kill you. In this case, the only reason the person would be banned would be if they used donator powers to get to you. Who was it you think killed you by the way?

IMO these logs are not enough. I think chat logs are needed to give a punishment for this. Yes, zappa did tp kill but that was after da_snipa killed zappa twice, both on tp kills. So this needs chat logs to get solved.

The rules state you are to leave when someone tells you to if you tp to them. I am pretty sure he wanted you gone if he is killing you. Two, you can't tp to someone to kill him, I don't care why he killed you, you got killed and came back to him and killed him.
