Regardless if a family member, or some North Korean hacker got a hold of your account, it's still your responsibility. Thus proving the instability of your account. There's no way you can prove that it was your brother screwing around on your account. You destroyed the ring of stone bricks around the Orcworm Statue, and griefed Yarwood's shop. Alas, it's up to you Yar. Although I say keep banned.

I think one ban appeal is good enough (that's three in one day). And correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't your first appeal accepted, then you got banned again?
