I'm just curious as to how you are gonna deal with the implementation of ender dragons into mc? Because they are pretty devastating due to the fact that they basicaly blow up anything they touch. Are you gonna get rid of them completely, remove theire explosive effect,restrict them to the ender world (or end-zone) or something completely different?

They only blow stuff up in the Overworld (Waiting for the Combine to come so I can say the Combine Overworld)
They only spawn in the End, where they don't destroy anything natural.

I would assume that worldguard would protect changes to the map by dragons, just as sterilization would protect changes to an egg from well... yea.

The only thing they would blow up, like the_music_man explained, is in the end that someone placed there.
