Friend needs help.

I have another server I am an op on. He is just starting a beta server and needs a bit of help. I want to know all the plugins that you have, what they do, and whoere to get them so maybe I can help my friend get his server better.
PS "my friend" does not mean me. I say it because people get mad when people advertise servers.

he knows how to program and im sure he already has the c++. The reason I ask is because I thought there were more to the server because when I type /version in on the game, my game crashes, so i thought there were like 100 addons or something XD

I believe that's because one plugin's name is too long, or something like that.

A too long plugin name can kill a server... lolnotch.
