This isn't why you were banned. This is additional evidence:
You have griefed his shop many minor 1 block griefs, but doing it over and over and now this? Isn't good. We will wait for neros evidence.

I am so sorry. I promise never to do it again. May I ask? Can I build a shop on the left side of the road right when you walk outside of the west exit. Can you forgive me for this disrespectful sin that I have committed? I also want to know how you become an admin? Once again I deserved this temp ban and I am sorry. I love this server and I want to be a big part of it. So if you think about it I would love to join you on the board of wonderful and awesome staff members! Thanks. DAMINER123

My evidence is pretty much the same as Jarvs.
This temp ban was made on a request. Ciphon had been complaining about you repeatitively doing minor griefes on his shop.
The image provided acts as prove, but a single block is usualy not enough to get you banned unless its a valueable block. A chest is not the case. Ciphon is a loyal player who had been playing here for a long time now, so i decided his words could be trusted.
You obviously griefed by doing stuff in a house that does not belong to you, but it is too minor to actualy get you banned for that. And again, i had to make sure you learn a lesson. So i found a balance by giving you a 24 hour tempban. Sit it out and your back. And please follow the rules this time.
For what i know about the building rules right outside spawn city is that you can build there, but risk getting it removed after a while to prevent the entrances from getting clustered with buildings.
And about the admin part.... from my experience on this server i can only tell you all one thing:
Never ask to become a staff member.
