Missing 64 Diamond

hi guys,

I was biding in an auction for 64 diamond and I thought I had space for them in my inventory and I didn't
they didn't appear and the money is gone from my account

could I have the diamonds back please

or at least the money 1280 gil?

and then i lost 64 diamond

yes we decided to move house to a more secluded house

so we didn't report it

but i really would like some of our diamond back
