Spawn Project

I would like to start cleaning up the area around spawn and just plant some nice trees. This will require some help from a lot of people as we have a lot of random crap. Battlekid started already so I would like to finish.

Also, like on the old US Server, I think we need a good old Orcworm statue Smile

Smile

This one will be made from cactus green cloth instead, and be outside spawn (30-50 blocks). We can move it depending on size etc. I might put it in a lake so it won't be a giant statue in the middle of no where.

What I need:
I will be buying white, red, and dark green. Prices vary
I will also pay for supplys for people who help IE axes etc.

Any sugestions IE size and height would be nice etc.

so you need /bigtree and ~~SPAM IT ALL OVER THE PLACE SO YOU CANT SEE THE RANDOM SHIT~~

Well from one exit you will see signs, just get houses 20 blocks from the path and flatten it, don't remove non griefed houses or ones that look ok, those needs to be moved with world edit, like the giant tower. But crap houses with dirt floors (since the wood was stolen lol) can be removed.

mm yes, I remember some ppl standing at the spawn platform as i made the statue on the old us.
I would also like 2 statues, one at each entrance to spawn. OR we simply make 4 statues and place them in corners of the spawn (imagine fitting spawn inside a square, corners = statues, the directions they are facing would be difficult though).
If all else fails we can just erect statues all over the map, lets have a statue competiton day where we all make statues of orcworm. Hey why not try and shape the map so it will look like orcworm? (spawn would be the navel i guess)

As you see the blue circle is a rough area of the size of the lake in which the statue will be. I need someone who is skilled to make a circle outline and we can dig around it or Orc :O Can make the outline with world edit. The holes you see around the circle have already been filled in and I am starting to build the terrain down a bit to the rebuilt ocean.

The wood tower has been fixed basically of grifer and I will make it look better tommorow.

So please post if you think you can do a good outline, or Orc you can do it Surprised

They are active and I think it is far enough to let it be.. Hopefully the treeline will hide it. I just made the radius of the circle at 32 blocks and found the center: Location of the statue Very Happy
