[Banned] BattleKid

After consulting my fellow admin/moderators we have reached the decision that BattleKid, the former notorious mod/guest, has as of this moment been banned from the server for his recent behavior. Those that regularly read this forum, or even those that may have met him in-game, will no doubt know of which I speak. Seeing as I'm not that big of an asshole as you all think I've left the option for an appeal open, even though BattleKid's history should by right exclude him of this. So see it as a mercy, but be warned Battle. If you want to appeal you better come with a DAMN good excuse for your asshattery.


Also let's try NOT to spam this topic to shit. Show some courtesy for an ex-mod. You would want the same.

Wait, WHY was I banned? I'd like to point out that I've broken NO rules so far... Can you please explain the reason for my ban? I've done NOTHING not allowed here...

I'm honestly confused... I don't see ANYTHING I've done wrong...

Is it for TNT? That was not ban-worthy... MANY people do that, it's totally harmless...

I fail to see what I've done that is worthy of a ban?

What? Do you seriously think I'm the only one who has done that? It's done by a LOT of people over time, and if I'm banned for that, then that's the first time I've heard of someone being banned for that!

Banning me for placing TNT (which all it did was chat-spam for 5 sec), is kinda ridiculous... Guests, members, donators and even Mods have done this without a ban or even a kick most of the time...

Battlekid, you're banned for real; you got demoted for reasons that are not unknown to you, and after this you continued being a douche. AFAIK, every single admin was mad at you, but those were only personal feelings; what finally cause your ban was yourself spamming TNT, which is a banned item. You used to be a mod, so you know the rules. Good luck and farewell.

Wow, gotta stop the users from voicing their opinion? I'm amazed, that after two months on this server, that I'm banned for spamming the chat log for 5 sec with 10 players online. Is this what the server has shrunk to? I thought we were better than SpA, but I withdraw that statement. I thought banning people for destroying 2 blocks was bad, but now you ban an ex-mod for messing around a bit? Is this truly what this server has came to?

Also, just so you know; you were banned for using TNT which is banned; it's as bad as using bedrock or mob spawners. The fact that you didn't actually manage to harm anyone doesn't make it right; when you shoot someone and miss, you still go to jail. Also, you were given the chance to appeal, several times actually, and you wasted them.

Finally, I'd like to tell you; we're not silencing people, I kept this thread clean out of respect for yourself, not my respect, since I don't respect you a single bit, but another admin's respect for an old mod. I know you're probably too immature to even understand this, or too stupid to try. In any case, good bye; I hope you have a nice life.

If you have bothered to read the first post you would know you HAVE the right to appeal. But do you seriously NOT see the problem with your actions? Do you honestly NOT see how a recently demoted mod (for valid reason which have been explained to you again and again and again) might be more heavily punished for repeatedly breaking the rules, no matter how retarded they may be, then Random McGuesty-pants? Especially if that mod is already disliked by many of the higher-ups for and has quite a history concerning bans?

Do you really not see the problem here? If so, they be assured that Tangy gets all your stuff. If not, well that's what an appeal is for.
