i think there should be a new command that allows players to create up to 3 private warps, because that way they could travel places important to them easier, but i dont know anything about making commands for servers, so just let me know if this is an unreasonable request

No... no, God no. If you make it 5, that's acceptable; maybe 6 for mod+ and 7 for donators, but not fucking more than that. >.<
