A mysterious sign

I found this sign at my minishop :p but i dont see any name and it is not lock with lwc so

my question to the community :p is my shop to close ???

I'm guessing it was from Jarvisd.. There are signs along that path warning you that you must be atleast 40 blocks from the path to build

what is your texture pack/minimap I like!

hmm ok i don't see the sign but i moved the shop =( so i need a new place for it :p

Idk It is mainly supposed to be a wooded area. D: As in a forest to help people get trees and then they can move on to unused land.
