New Attempt on a 3D Background

So yeah, I got bored and went on 3Ds Max Studio. Here is a result after around 20 minutes work and 15 minutes rendering.

Thanks! I'm currently working on a 3D short-movie where a camera flies around "iNViSiON" text in 3D, with smoke around the text.

Lol. I cracked this software, the full Adobe CS5 pack and Zbrush the same day as I got my PC.

I like te first one better, the floor in this one is a bit weird. They're both really good

In this one, the floor has a nice texture, while on the other one, it's just plain and clean.

I'd give it a 4, the white effect on the floor slightly ruins it as it has no depth (Not sure that's the right word)

Uhm, are you talking about the reflection of the 3D text, or the texture on the floor (the blue spatterns)?

Because the blue spatterns are built in the texture, and the reflection is 100% realistic from two lanterns/light-sources outside the camera-view.

So uhm..
