Because some Plugins have taken up to a week to update. Others, like NPC, went AWOL. Daggum NPC developer. I'd really like that plugin back. When I first joined the server Spawn Tower was much more interesting. It had NPC representations of the Owner, Admin, Mods, and Donators. I miss that.

um ... stone or iron tools ,a chest ,a door ,a stack of planks ,a crafting table and a furnace ... that would be a reasonable starter kit
