Un Ban an_awsm_guy please!

Hello me and my friend where playing on the orcworm server (my firend being an_awsm_guy) and Minecraft Beta 1.4 just lunched so the server was gone so to speak but anyways because of the update the server is completely out of order so much spawn killing stealling and griefing it was crazy we got killed so many time's but when my friend an_awsm_guy goes and punches a guy that punched him in spawn and got banned now before this happend we got kill in spawn at least 10 times and the people who killed us did not get banned for killing us ten time they also griefed our house and stole our stuff i understand it's just a temp server but it isnt fair that mine friend got banned for fighting back and they gett away with stealling out stuff and killing us so i ask of you to un ban him plz!
