Chris11234 ban request

chris11234 has tp-killed me 3 times today. I`ll be doing something innocent and hell tp to me and kill
me.

Chris11234 doesn't have access to TP commands. Fail request. Thread locked. Don't lie to get someone else banned. Any member of Mod staff care to investigate this bogus claim?

Edit: I was informed via PM that he's a Donator, and thus DOES have access to TP commands. Unlocked with my sincerest apologies.

Yes 3, but the third time he tried to give me stuff anf then ran off with my iron so i killed him.

Actually, my log shows two kills relating to you two, so I think I'm more likely to believe that.

Where were the kills? The first was in my home when he tped to me, and killed me, the second kill WAS by me when I respawned and he tried to give me back my stuff, but decided to take some of the more valuble objects (my tools, iron etc.) so I punched him to death and got my stuff, and the third on the orcworm statue whne I bult a stairway up (I did delete it )and he tped to me, kiled me and took my tools and crap that I was carrying.

ZOMG Orc, how do u read that, I looked at it for 5 minuets, and got 3 messages, then had to stop cause my eyes were about to melt.

Actually, the phrase I`m lookingfor is "chris11234 tp taken away", cause comeon 2 tp kills AND stealing my stuff, cmon.

It's impossible to steal a player's items without griefing - then we ban them.

Yeah, I'm saying it's impossible to steal because it's a PvP server. If I was killed and my items were taken I wouldn't say I got stolen from ;p.

Doesn't the log record TP kills? I thought that was how Battlekid was caught. I'd always heard that TP kills were so easy to detect in logs that nobody did them, even though its almost impossible to get screenshots proving a TP kill.

The log *used* to through the help of BigBrother, but seeing as that's outdated I've had to find an alternative. I'm now using a plugin that tracks /tp and /tphere (among others) but it seems this incident slipped through my grasp between server restarts.

With this the logs will once again track everything the player does, so it won't be a problem again.

In this situation, stealing is the right word. So, just to get a little recap, as tmm isn't overly clear.

1: Chris tpkills tmm. Takes his stuff.
2: Chris agrees to give tmm's items back, since it was a tp kill. Doesn't give all the items back. Gets killed by tmm, who then takes the rest of his items back.
3: Chris tpkills tmm again, and takes all his stuff. As it is a tp kill (read: pvp against the rules), it can be accurately described as stealing

Since he already recieved his warning, there's no reason to keep the thread going. It just seems like you guys aren't reading what tmm is writing too carefully

Warning rather than a ban, taking into account this was the guy's first day on the server as a player as well as a donator.
