How to post pictures in replies/topics?

Hey, as many of you may know, and by many, I mean one, and by one,
I mean absolutely none, I'm a complete forum noob, and would like to know how to post pictures in replies/topics.

you can also host a picture and upload it on the replay screen like so [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] by clicking the host an image button (its the 15th button from the left under the post title.
