I he realized that you can kill people this way, but I don't think it is legal at all.

Thats the problem with no-pvp areas, it only applies to direct damage (i.e the HUGE flaw is that a guy with a bow and arrows can rain down hell on a no-pvp zone, killing everyone) the no-pvp area should be a no-damage (execept from falls and crap) arae, if at all possible.

Yes, this is "illegal" / not allowed, and is also considered to be griefing.

Whilst it may be accepted in PvP (providing you clean up the mess of course), it's definetly not allowed in no-pvp zones. If anybody is caught doing so, it's a (warn and then) ban
