Noobs Killed Too Easily?

It Is a bit unfair that new people without a house or safety, are getting killed after about 10 mins' of playing, because people want the loot. You only get cobble and sticks, and they get massive game rage and quit the server..
Unfair or Funny? :S

Um... the spawn zone's pvp free area is absurdly large. There's plenty of land for them to safely acquire items.

I've seen people been killed about 50 blocks from the bridge when you exit the spawn area. It's big, but most people, when they first come on, don't know how to leave it. That's where the spawn campers come in. maybe there should be an hour time limit for safety for newcomers?

Guests have no gear and are the worst people to kill because of that.

I'd say kill the people trying to kill the guests.

Eh.. this was my first multiplayer server experience, and I didn't die that quickly. I went off, built a little dirt hut on an island and didn't venture outside of my house nor spawn for a few days while I gathered materials. If they're dying that easily they're probably idiots. Why give them an hour to figure out what to do when it's a SURVIVAL server. :/ Why not also give them narb 'kits' cause some of them don't know how minecraft works and ragequit as well.

I say, put up another sign reminding them it's a survival/pvp server and leave it at that.
