Greifed a wall!

I was banned for "griefing a wall of sorts"
Can you give me a bit more information about this, screen shot, logs ect?
I probably did do it but not with greifing intended
I would like to argue my case, and hopefully get unbanned.
They are not many 'unlaggy' minecraft servers that PvP.

Yes that is defiantly me.
I exploited a problem in minecraft beta 1.4 that allowed instant block destruction.
If you check the logs you might see that the time space between me breaking blocks is very small and with bare hands.
I won't use the exploit again and I suggest you update the server to beta 1.4_01 if you have not done so already.

Edit: update to 1.4_01 because the instant block destruction was patched.
