When I was making a shop, I accidentally entered my name wrong. It said that I couldn't edit the shop, even though my name was Uberblake insead of uberblake. It also said that I couldn't sell to my own shop. I can't "steal" from my own shop, or take down the signs or chests. Can someone help me?!

You might need Orc to take it down for you, next time, don't write your name on the sign, it does it automatically
You only need:
<quantity>
<sell price:buy price>
<item name/item id - although this isnt very usefull for the customer>
Dont enter anything on the top line and it should work.
