New plugins added due to requests.

Mail system:

/tgcheck - checks if you got unread mails
/tgmailbox [boxname] - opens the mailbox with the name given (inbox if no boxname is given)
/tgread <mailid> - Shows the mail with the given id
/tgstore <mailid> <boxname> - Stores the mail in the given box
/tgreply <mailid> <message> - Sends an reply of the mail
/tgmail <playername> <subject> <message> - sends an mail to the given user
/tglongmail <playername> <subject> - Sends a long mail to the given user. (this overrides the chat for the user, to fill the mail. Use the command again to send it)
/tgdelete <mailid> - Removes the mail with the given id


Bank accounts:

/account help [page]
/account open <accountname> [players]
/account info <accountname>
/account balance <accountname>
/account adduser <accountname> <player>
/account removeuser <accountname> <player>
/account password <accountname> [password]
/account deposit <accountname> <amount>
/account withdraw <accountname> <amount> [password]
/account transfer <from account> <to account> <amount> [password]
/account pay <amount>
/account close <accountname> [password]

Hmm, don't really see loan functionality there. Also need a bit more info on how banks can override users and take the loaned money back, if the user refuses to pay back.

The plugin is the one you requested Vespasian, and as it still has the vulnerability it would be silly to include the permissions for *that* command. The player who creates the account should have full reign over it.

Oh, still has that loan glitch? Hope that gets fixed soon. Banks just aren't the same without predatory lending

Yes, Vesp. If you have difficulties with someone not paying back the loan, file a complaint. There are ways of getting your money back.

I see this useful for town funds to be placed in a bank where the councilors can access it, add to it, remove it for town supplies.

Sounds like it's command only. But it would be neat to have it in say.. books or something.

The commands seem a little 'advanced' to me for a simple mail plugin, but it was literally the only one that supported #733.

I like the mailbox thats a good idea thanks for adding it. Tho sadly I have no use for the Bank Account thing + is there a limit to the back accounts you can have, if no then that

Hmm, so the bank account functionality is a bit strange. Say I want to loan 500 gil to some random noob. Do I transfer the funds from my own account into one I make for them? How do I have control over their account?

I think you create an account, add your name and his name to the account, then transfer the funds.

Okay, I added 1000 Gil to a bank account then when I tried to withdraw it said, "Couldn't withdraw, are you sure you have enough money on account?" I even deducted the price by 900 and still nothing. So, I lost 1000 Gil? :/
I used the password afterwards, and nothing.

If I put the money into an account, how do I keep control over it? If I can't manually take back the funds, then its just like sending them 500 gil.

We had hero char once before. It caused considerable lag problems. I, for one, don't miss it one bit.

I thought the main point of the plugin was to allow loans, and since that bug stops loans from working, I'm not sure what the plugin actually helps with.

The way I see it the only real difference is that now accounts are not bound to a single person. One player can use multiple accounts and multiple players can share a common account. Which is nice. I for instance work closely together with Galwail and now we can contribute to a single money account and transfer money for buying new plots directly from it. Also I figure for council members this could be a great way to separate personal money from the City budget. Etc...

Pressure plates was not updated and seems to have been removed from the McMania 'suite', so had to be removed from the server.

Other than what embiar said, this can also be good for PvP'ers, Less money you have on your person, less money you loose if you die. I personally don't bother with PvP here because i know im a still kinda of a noob and i would probably die... and, Diggers planning a PvP event and most players didnt jump for it, and probably for the same reason as liz, because they would loose to much money dieing for it to be worth it. with this they can join the event and digger would actually go through with it, in fact, im joining because of this, having only my Equipment to loose.

Uhhhh. Ok... I messed around with the accounts a bit and discovered two interesting "features"...

1. If you try to send money to a nonexistent account, you simply loose the money for good.
2. Unless its password protected anyone can withdraw from your account. Specifying the list of players who "have access" seems not to matter at all...

I don't think I can entrust this thing with my hard earned gil at this point...

Gotta love plugins that don't work as intended.
