I got banned overnight!Why?

Hello dudes,good day or night! I started playing on your sv last night,good server, polite admins and players etc.The problem is that I(like the topic reads)got banned overnight and I don't know why. I last played at around 10 (22)o'clock, this morning when i got in minecraft, clicked on connect and...Bam!"Banned by request" what request?And on top of that, the house me and my friends were working on got utterly griefed.If i can't get unbanned, I would like to know at least the motive.

P.S: the griefer, after he destroyed and stoled most of our stuff, left behind a really interesting message(something along the line of "smd nazi c*nt")..yep.

Evidence...what evidence? You need screenshots,some kind of withness or what?I know 2 ppl that can guarantee I didn't do anything rong...

He was banned by request as he went into lolyounoob1's nether home destroyed a ton of the walls and then covered up the portal so that anyone that tried to get in sufficated. So lolyounoob1 died and so here we are:

Don't really know what your talking about...don't remember destroying anything.And there was one incident with a portal, a dude used a portal made in the main town to connect via nether to our portal and our house, this resulting in the griefing(so i was told by my friends). I repeat, don't remember destroying anything, last night I got off minecraft at around 22.15 or something like that.The ban request was issued at 21:52:01, the difference in time between the UK and my country(Romania) is of about 2hours(now, while I wright this post the time here is 18.21,Uk 16.20) thus I cannot have played at that time(21.52 resulting in 23.52).At 12 o'clock at night i was playing Age of Empires 2 with some friends, i did this until 2 o'clock at night.

Do you have any more images Jarvis? That doesn't really show anything in relation to the events you say took place.

The way I see that image is somebody placing netherack near what looks like a portal (guessing within the nether itself)..

Can you just forgive him? we will build 10 portals back. Some of our classmates knew the password so somebody else logged in. Now he has changed his password. Please unban him cause i need a partner to sleep with me:(, also my sexual appetite increased alot in the last few days, oops..-.- forget the last part....

Anyway, it's hard to show any real ill-intent based on that picture.

The red portion is indeed spam.

But I'm feeling merciful and will over look it on the grounds he DID have a portion that was non-spam. But he must delete the red portion today to receive this leniency or get a temp ban anyway.

So...I'm still banned?Can't I do something to speed up the process? I don't really know what more proof to bring,if someone indeed used my account and griefed or broke any kind of rules, can't you check the ips? Apart from Ciumparlaul that played with me last night and can vouch for me there's GeneralLeo(but he's not in the vicinity of a internet connected device)...I can't really bring anything new to the table. Anyway thx for posting and trying to solve the problem, hopefully things will unravel.

Seeing as you've posted an alibi to your presence elsewhere, you're story holds true. However, keeping your account secure is YOUR responsibility. You're still liable for any offenses comitted by your account whether or not it was actually you controlling it at the time.

Seeing as though it's your first offense I'm reasonably certain Orc will grant you a second chance. (He usually does unless it's particularly bad or he's in a bad mood). However, if he does grant you a second chance, this is still your first strike. Change your password and don't let anyone else on your account. Any further griefs after thus date and time will result in an unappealable ban.

Agreed,even if Orc doesn't unban me I still salute you and send a warm thx to all of you for your patience and help!
