Flying Spaghetti!(Griefing the Honeypot Trap)

Hey, I got banned yesterday for griefing the honeypot trap. I don't play minecraft very often, and thus I don't know about the different mods(Honeypot?). The case was this, I joined your server for the first time, tried finding my way to the wilderness, stumbled upon a weird glass structure, climbed atop of it, fell in. I was stuck, so I broke two glass blocks. Since I didn't have any equipment whatsoever, I couldn't repair it. I didn't believe it to be a banworthy event, since anyone who built it must have been aware that there was no way(without any items) out. I continued to play for about three hours, building my structures far away in the wilderness, when I suddenly got banned. And have been for almost a day now.
I don't know what the reason for the honeypot was, but I can assure you I won't be going near another one in the near future.

So, I would be glad if the ban were lifted.

You shouldn't have been able to fall into it, must have been griefed/not fixed just before you arrived on the scene.
