Flingle, i want my stuff back

Flingle said he was giving free apples and to tp to him if interested, i tp to him only to be pinned into a corner and killed by some random guest after 30 seconds (im guessing he got tp'd there) lost about 22 iron ingots, a compass, about 5 logs, 20 golden apples or more, and about 35 - 40 reg apples.

This is directed at flingle, i want my items back (I tped to the guy that killed me and he proved that he didnt have the stuff, and since the only other person i saw very near was flingle...) and because it was flingles fault (imo) that i died if he cant give me the items, i want gil equal to all the items i had, in normal shop price, from flingle.

im tryin not to complain about my deaths as much (Already lost that diamond armor because of random pvp, which was legit... >.>) but im tired of shit happening that isnt my fault, and losing so much crap.

yup, the apples are not the problem though, its the iron and compass is what i want back the most, but i want everything he has of mine
