Cagu Glich Abuse.

"Cagu" used the Invis Glich to kill me "Gnomeygnome". Befor he killed me off I told him many times he was invis and needs to relog if he is going to try and pvp anyone, yet he ingores that and just takes this glich and used it to his power. I warned him to relog about five times and yet he refuses to do anything about it. He well knew he had it on to.

If I recall this has happen in the past, and cause he will not give me back my stuff in a unfare fight this should be a ban.

Lets get the facts straight.

1. I killed you fairly. You were busy setting up your portal wearing no armour and bam, you're dead.

2. I saw no warning at all saying I was invisible. You say you said it five times? Well perhaps the mods can check there records on that because I saw nothing.

3. Something like this has happened in the past only it was the other way round. You attacked me when you were invisible and when I reported it I was told by a mod that they couldn't punish you because you didn't know you were invisible.

1. You did not kill me fairly, cause you where invis. The portal was just for a wach tower over spawn for griefers and a little pvp .

2. I did say it many times, people in chat saw it many times. And I bet the mods can fined me saying this befor I died.

3. When I kill any player at all when I'm invis without warning I give there stuff back. Unlike you I gave you warning plenty of times, and yet you keep my junk.

ps. You did see the chat cause you and I was talking about me building this thing here and right after I sed that I told you clearly you where invis.

1. Actually your little tower was just so you could look into my shop in progress and range me.

2. Again mods can see you are lying.

3. Thats BS. You killed me when I was first setting up my shop when you were invisible and all you did was try to talk trash to me.

It did just happen, we are in game as we type.

1. Give you that, at first it was to rang you but then I thot "shit this could be a good look out tower".

2. How am i lying when the chat was clearly there.

3. I was not invis, and you had your back turn saying i came out of no where. First saying that somone TP me to you.

So uhh, how would you know he was invisible until after he killed you?

I knew he was invis cause I saw him there one min then gon, then i saw looking down at his shop being made blocks spawning at of thin air. No way in getting in so it must of ben him. Reason why I sed over and over "your invis relog plz".

Ok I didn't see the two (not five as he said) messages he made 3-4 mins before I killed him.

Also why should I give him his stuff back when I wasn't given mine back. A mod told me since he didn't know he was invisible there was nothing he could do. Can we just have some consistency on the rule?

Thing is i was not invis that time I killed you, you had your back turn and I stabed and twist the crap out of you !

Also When a Mod "Lizardman" tells you 2 do it, you should do it or face his wrath.

You KNOW you were invisible because Gnomey even SAID you were invisible. It doesn't take much time or effort to relog.

When you were killed, he apparently returned the items but was not told beforehand that he was invis.

1. I didn't know I was invisible. It's impossible to be both reading the chat and playing the game at the same time.

2. He never returned the items. I can't remember the name of the mod who dealt with it but I was told there was nothing he could do.

I'd return the items if I felt it was fair but its not. He kills me invisible and nothing happens. I supposedly killed him invisible and I have to return his items? Make a rule and stick to it.

It is difficult to decide due to him claiming you didn't return his items after you killed him whilst invis. As there is no way to prove/disprove it, that's purely speculative. Also, I did not handle that case.

What I DO know and CAN prove is that you were claimed to be invis AT THE TIME of you killing Gnomey, which is why I reccomend returning the items.

Further, it's certainly possible to read chat and play simultaneously. I think I'd know from experience as it's not uncommon for me to have 5 different people with 5 different issues that all need tending to.

My verdict stands in that I do believe you should return his items, Cagu. What CAN and CANNOT be proven enforces my decision (and no, I won't ban him for it as it IS a plausible mistake).

This is the part where you link the thread, similar to this one but where you were killed by Gnomeygnome while he was invisible.
