Small report on Uberblake, without concrete proof.

Was in mah house chillin' with Jhubbz_, and uberblake comes over.

I tell him to get out off my property. He chills on my wall, so I get up to my wall and hit him off. He falls off, I get to him and kill him. While trying to kill me, he used a lava bucket to have some closure. (That's perfectly fine, people do that) So, I'm dropping cobble to cover up the lava so it doesn't burn melt anymore ice on the ground.

All of a sudden I'm being hit.

I could have let him kill me so I could have a complete excuse to report him, but I didn't want to give him the pleasure. So, anyway, I call him out on a TP Kill attempt. He argues that he TPed to the coordinates of the lava, and not to me directly...

I guess he doesn't know that that is still considered TP Killing... considering the time between his TP and when he stabbed me in the back.

Either way, this complaint is more of an inquiry request.

I'd like to know if this is acceptable or not. I was definitely being attacked, and he never denied that fact.

No logs of you being killed but there is one of him being killed.

Shoulda specified. I said "While trying to kill me." What I should have said was, "He was hitting me until I was down to 2 hearts of health." That's why I said it's an attempt.

Either way. Want logs on his TPing, and I want confirmation on whether or not it is TP killing to TP to a coordinate to kill someone.

Unfortunately, hitting is not logged but his tp will likely turn up.

Teleporting to a coordinate would indeed be considered a tp kill. The mere difference of going to a specific coordinate or to a person directly is irrelevant. The effect is essentially the same: Suddenly appearing and attacking someone before they can react to your presence. Hiding behind red-tape like that is a chicken-shit move. I would HAPPILY ban someone for doing that.

Yah Mcpowell didn't get punished for tp hitting so this is cleared basically.

To that point: there are a lot of people that have several properties in different cities. Afaik, I remember someone saying that this is not an issue.

Someone is WRONG on the internet then. It is a well-established rule that you can only own property in ONE of the major cities UNLESS it is for a chainstore or something along that idea.

Verdict on what? Common sense comes into play more than anything else here. If TP killing isn't allowed, why would we allow TP 'hitting'?

Well it obvs was done on purpose. His objective was obviously to kill me and get his items back...
