I moved so that means my old house is open.I have it on sale for 250 gil. It is practically a tower

idk i think 250gil might be a bit more reasonable, if it was made out of stone or obsidian or something like that, the value would increase, but its pretty easy to build things out of cobblestone

I would give you 50 for the cobble, and 20 for the Fence.
Or you could always chop it all down and sell it in parts, I would guess it's around 4 stack of cobble you got going on there, might aswell sell it to a store or in the auction thing, but this is just my suggestion .
