Slave, Albuca, and Jhubbz raided me and Kyler

Kyler was helping me start building a town, and I was complaining about lag. Slave started harassing me, so Kyler defended me. Then Slaves friends got mad, tped to Kyler, and killed him. They killed me too, but I didn't do anything. I lost my diamond sword, a butt load of wood, a clock and some tools. I thought it was freaking retarded .

Slave, I'm sorry. I don't want Kyler to be banned, do you know how hard it is to move 12 people to a whole other server? We don't leave people behind.

I promise I'll make sure Kyler behaves, please don't ban him.

He really should of thought of that before saying the stuff he did, as I said, it's pretty selfish he didn't think of his actions harming you guys as well. Maybe he'll learn next time.

How is he going to learn? You're banning him. We all really like this server, (except for Kyler) but if he gets banned, we can't just leave him. We will all have to move. I'm not asking this favor for him, I'm asking it for all of us.

Okay so if he griefed shit up or xrayed, and got banned you'd still beg for him to be unbanned to allow you all to enjoy the server? It's not our fault one of your friends can't play by the rules. And if he doesn't like the server he shouldn't play on it. Maybe if you guys like the sever you should think about staying and ditching the kid who has anger problems. He was banned fairly because of the things he said. It was a fair ban, yet you're arguing it because for some reason you all have to leave with him. You should be blaming HIM not us. He is the one who ruined it for you because of his temper.

And another thing, why are you defending him? If he wants to be unbanned he should appeal like everyone else.
It just shows how little he cares if he can't argue his case himself.

You shouldn't have to 'get him' to appologize. If he wants to argue his case or get unbanned he should appeal under his own will. Not because you tell him to. And why is griefing less of an offense to you than saying gays and jews should burn and black people should be hanged?

But Kyler's the only one who actually plays minecraft with me, if he gets banned, I'll be lonely :[.

I don't even have any friends who I met ON the server...I've tried to talk to people, but they just don't care :/.

No he didnt grief, but what he said is inexcusable. His comments were derogatory, racist, and completely uncalled for.
But I like how your speaking on his behalf, where is he to say his side or APOLOGIZE of his own accord, not because someone told him to.

Racism, homophobia, griefing and intentionally lying and attempting to falsify data. Overall personality rating is equal to 0/10. This person Absolutely worthy of A permanent ban if not for all 4 at least 2 of them should suffice.

As far as I'm concerned it should be a global.

Well, I figured he didnt care as he wasnt here defending himself and trying to get back in to the game.
It was only you speaking for him.

I will be changing the temp-ban to a perma-ban until such time that he see's fit to appeal the ban.
I'm willing to give him a second chance (im in a good mood atm) but if you two dont care then theres no point in me continueing this post isnt there...
